Lot Clearing

Building lots, driveways and overgrown properties cleared — trees down, brush chipped, site left ready to work.

Lot Clearing

A building lot, a new driveway, a septic field, or just a property line that’s disappeared into buckthorn and scrub — sometimes the job isn’t one tree, it’s all of them. Lot clearing is tree removal at production scale: the same safety and the same clean-up, repeated until the site looks like the plan.

Clearing with the build in mind

This is where the carpentry background pays off. Tyler has been on the other side of this job — building on sites someone else cleared — so the work gets done the way the next trade needs it: the keep-trees flagged and protected, the grades kept clean of debris, the wood staged where it won’t be in the excavator’s way.

Selective clearing matters too. On cottage lots especially, the value is in the trees you keep — shade over the deck, screening from the neighbours, the good maples framing the water. We’ll walk the site with you and mark what stays before anything comes down.

What you’re left with

A cleared site, not a wrecked one: brush chipped, wood bucked and stacked or hauled, and the ground raked of debris. Free assessment, firm written quote, fully insured — the same terms as every job we do.

Questions about lot clearing

How big a job will you take on?

Anything from opening up a corner of the yard to clearing a building lot. Bigger sites get a proper walk-through first so the quote reflects the actual ground, not a guess from the road.

What happens to all the material?

Brush goes through the chipper — chips can be hauled off or left on site if you want them for paths and gardens. Wood gets bucked and stacked or hauled away. It's all spelled out in the quote.

Do you deal with the stumps too?

Ask during the assessment — we'll lay out the stump options for your site along with the quote, so you know exactly what "cleared" means before we start.
